I always love supporting local companies in Surrey- and when the team at Velvet Rooms 4 Hair got in touch with me, about their fantastic salon in Chobham Surrey - how could I say no?

 

A luxury hair boutique who are experts in hairdressing, cutting, colouring and styling. 

Dedicated to providing the very best in hair care.

I haven't had my haircut since my trip to Paris back in November last year.  

What with my 'ginger transitional period' of blonde - I was in dire need of professional help!

 Here's my before picture - fluffy, over processed hair that any hairdresser would probably laugh at!

Velvet Rooms 4 Hair are based right in the heart of Chobham - a pretty village with a country vibe.

 The salon has a small, intimate feel - one that makes you feel very welcome, and relaxed.
You can see the salon in the video below - they are going through a fab refurbishment in August - and I can't wait to go back and see the transformation!

Velvet Rooms 4 Hair also stock Shu Uemura hair care - I wasn't aware that the Shu Uemura brand stocked haircare!  This totally intrigued me, and I was lucky enough to sample a few items from the range whilst having my hair washed, and a Shu Uemura mask applied for 10 minutes - the smell was heavenly!

Being a very exclusive brand - to see them stocked at Velvet Rooms for Hair shows what a fantastic salon it is!  Only 1 of 160 UK stockists of the brand!

Once my hair was washed, masked and refreshed; it was time for the haircut and styling.

Stocking L'Oreal and Label M products - I always love picking up tips - so the trio above is totally on my shopping list come payday.

The salon also offer speedy services for hair - taking an hour lunch break you can choose from any of the selection above - ranging from £15.00 - £20.00 there's a service for everyone (if only I didn't work so far away), I'd be in for a speedy service every week!

Now onto the cut - Leanne the owner of Velvet Rooms 4 Hair worked her magic giving me a blunt cut, and a wispy fringe to frame my face.  

Taking on the challenge to curl my hair with GHD's Leanne out did herself - I was left with a head full of gorgeous shiny curls!  This is the BEST  my hair has looked for a long time!

The hair washing area is smart, compact and stocked full of fantastic treatments.

The salon stocks L'Oreal, GHD and Shu Uemura.

Leanne works so hard!  She's so down to earth, and all her staff were lovely, and chatty and made me feel incredibly welcome!

What's more they've just branched out to treatments, opening up their new salon in Sunninghill in Berkshire - where you'll find Decleor facials, and Essie Manicures and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
