I'm a total Look Fantastic Beauty Box novice!
I've never ordered one of the sites beauty boxes, but I have read tons of reviews.
These boxes sell out fast, so that's a really positive sign.
When the Look Fantastic Beauty Box for August 2015 - came to my door, this weekend - I squealed with delight, and even more so when I opened the box and saw this months contents!
Worth £55.00 and all for £15.00 with free postage and packing - I think I've found a new addiction.First of all, the Eve Lom Cleanser caught my eye, then the sample size of the infamous Queen of Hungary mist from Omorovicza.. I knew I was going to love this months box.
On the left - Beauty Works Professional 10 in 1 miracle spray.
A spray that's said to deliver 10 benefits in one product? I'm sold! The spray is in a convenient travel size (50ml) and smells divine too.
My hair is going through a rough patch of psoriasis at the moment, so I'm trying to keep my scalp and hair moisturised.
This Beauty Works Spray can also be used as a heat protector, so it's win win all round with this little gem. (Did I mention the smell?? OMG!)
Next up an unusual product in the form of a Caviar CC cream for your hair, from the brand Alterna.
This little miracle worker offers UV protection, Heat protection, shine and smoothness. Again it smells AAHMAZING! And it comes in a dinky 25ml size. I'm looking forward to trying this little gem out on my dry scalp, and parched ends. Maybe BB and CC are the new 'thing' in the hair industry? Who knew?!
Also included in this months box were two makeup items - A Rimmel mascara in black, part of the wake me up range. It offers vitamins and cucumber, so I imagine it being kind to your lashes whilst offering great coverage and impact. The wand itself looks great - so I will report back on this one for you.
Next up a product from Bella Pierre Cosmetics - a range which I haven't delved that much into; if I'm honest.
This little pot contains 100% Mica powder in a Snowflake shimmer. Long lasting as an illuminator it won't crease, fade or cause an allergic reaction as it's dermatologist recommended. I'm intrigued by this shimmer, so I will keep you posted how I get on.
Lastly, my two favourite items from this months box come from the powerhouses of Eve Lom and Omorovicza.
I have tried the Eve Lom Cleanser before, and in actual fact I have one in my skincare stash for when my skin needs a little bit of luxury - so I do love this cleanser and it's cult following. But the Queen of Hungary Mist from Omorovicza I was thrilled to receive. It has been on my shopping list for a while; and I simply haven't taken the plunge!
I have tried this sample spray mist and it is very moisturising and cooling in the hot weather. It definitely lifted my spirits today, when I wasn't feeling too great.
All in all I'm thrilled with my first ever box from Look Fantastic.
It has a varied range of products from brands I've heard of, and others that I'm excited to try.
I cannot wait for my next box to arrive!
