Savon Claire

Handmade using the finest possible ingredients Savon Claire is an untapped resource in the world of  bespoke fragrances, soaps, body butters, and bath bombs.

A range that I had never heard of before until the world of blogging and Twitter came about where Claire from Savon Claire (who owns the brand) and I got chatting, and Claire kindly sent me some of her range to review for you lovely lot!

Claire's products have even been featured in Vogue magazine.

The whole philosophy behind Savon Claire and its products is to make the range using the best ingredients.  Packaging them in a way that’s luxurious, yet not expensive (that they are only a treat) and to make anyone using the products feel special.

Sourcing Shea Butter from a company that works with a Ghanaian women’s project, that in turn helps the women be sustainable, and thus has a great impact on the environment.  Claire makes everything to order.  Even for events - products are made in tiny batches so that everything is always as fresh as possible.

Claire asked me what products I'd like to be sent to review and I really fell in love with everything, including her website! 

I opted for the Pink Grapefruit and Juniper Berry whipped Shea Body Butter for £9.95 'Here', purely because pink grapefruit is such an uplifting scent in the mornings.  I shower every morning, so this was perfect for me.

The body butter is thick and compacted into what looks like a generous sized pot, but once you remove this thick paste and rub it together in the palm of your hand, you are left with a light oil of Shea that simply melts into the skin.

The Shea oil smells delicious, and my skin - come the evening time, is still left hydrated, and soft.  It's packed full of essential oils as the ingredients listing below shows.

I adore this body butter, and have already used nearly all of the product.  I think one more full body massage using this, and it will all be gone!  :-(

Next up I opted for another uplifting fragrance in the form of a soap.  The White Jasmine and Mint soap caught my eye for its refreshing fragrance combination.

I was pleased to see how much of a generous size this hand soap was when it arrived.   And I have been using this soap for over 3 weeks now and it's still going strong.

My whole bathroom smells of this fragrance combination and I find the soap non drying and really lovely to use.   You can pick this beauty up for £3.75 'Here'

I'm really impressed by Claire's product range and the quality of her products.  
The Body Butter in-particular was packaged beautifully and the pot reminded me so much of Elemis Pro Collagen Marine Cream in its luxuriousness.
