A few months back I was contacted by the team behind KeraStraight and asked if I would like to be a hair model at Salon International.
I jumped at the chance! I am used to attending trade shows (IMATS, Professional Beauty etc) and to have the opportunity to feature in one, not to mention be on stage, was so interesting.
KeraStraight intrigued me, and with two treatment options available -

At salon international I opted for the Intense Boost treatment, because my hair is dry, dull and colour treated, and it hasn't been the same for the whole of 2014. I deserve to treat my hair to some TLC and the Intense Boost does just that, two options form part of intense boost range, these are -
Protein Boost - delivers strength and softness
Moisture Boost - transforms dry, dehydrated locks by adding moisture without weight and in just 30 minutes too!
The treatment rebuilds the elements the hair is lacking and locks in moisture, renewing, repairing and rehydrating each strand from inside out.
The results are immediate and deliver intense conditioning and strength for up to 30 days.
I opted for the Instense Boost / Moisture boost option.

The KS Ultimate treatment is a more advanced semi straightening and repair system which provides condition, strength and shine adaptable to every hair type, with results lasting up to 4 months.

With instant results that I could see on the other models at Salon International I think the KS Ultimate treatment will become so popular in salons. Especially for those with unruly afro hair, the results before and after on the other models at the show was outstanding.
After my trade show stint, and how pleased I was with my hair I was asked to visit the Covent Garden branch of Trevor Sorbie, where I got to meet more of the team behind the brand and actually meet Trevor Sorbie MBE himself!
What a humble, gracious man he is, with a wicked sense of humour - we chatted for ages, and I told him how pleased I was with the results from my Intense Boost treatment.
