Recently I have found it incredibly hard to have a decent nights sleep.
You already know that I was in a car accident a few weeks ago, and I have not been well at all.
Sleep with painkillers (or not) has been a problem, and I have found myself reaching for anything to help me shut off.
I have found that these three products have helped me no end, so much so that I have had to write this post for you all - to share my findings and my mini rave about them all!
First up is the amazing smelling Elemis Quiet Mind room mist £16.00 for 50ml 'Here'
I use this spray as more of a pillow spray, about 3 sprays on my bed linen makes the whole room smells beautiful.
The aromatic oils in this room mist will infuse serenity and peace into the space around you.
Patchouli, eucalyptus and other oils blend
effortlessly together to help soothe and comfort the mind, whilst
promoting a sound and restful sleep.

I couldn't agree more with the women tested on this product. I use it nearly every night and a little goes a very long way.

Second in my night time sleep helpers is the Elemis treat your feet foot cream £18.00 below for 75ml 'Here'
Rich in skin conditioning shea butter and jojoba oil and also a blend of aromatic patchouli, eucalyptus, and lemon oils to help soothe and comfort.
It just smells amazing! I use this every night and my feet are left conditioned and comforted and the smell lingers and relaxes you.

And last but by no means is the Seascape Island Apothecary Soothe sleep oil 8ml below for £10.00 'Here'
It's in a handy roller ball, which I roll onto my wrists before bed and I inhale deeply before I put my head on my pillow. The oil smells divine, you can also put a small amount on your temples, or under your nose (which I sometimes do)

* the Seascape roller ball sleep oil was sent to me as a PR sample, everything else from Elemis was purchased by myself.
That seascape box is just too cute! I have posted about my nighttime tricks a few weeks ago: http://msbubuandhergirlyness.blogspot.ca/2014/02/how-i-get-my-vitamins-zzzzs.html one of my favourite tricks is to put lavender essential oil on my pillows ;) Hope you'll feel better soon! Take care!
