Latest In Beauty 'Little Beauty Box' Review

Hi there,

Here's a random concept for you to look at - Latest In Beauty and they're Little Beauty Box information 'Here'

About Latest in Beauty

Is your bathroom cabinet full of lotions and potions that you have bought but never use?

These days there are so many beauty products on the market that it’s difficult to know which to choose. Which age-defying moisturiser will really iron out your fine lines? Which cleanser will suit your sensitive skin? Which shampoo will give your hair the volume you crave? However good a product looks, you can never be sure if it's right for you until you try it.

Latest in Beauty's aim was to create a website which allows you to try before you buy. You can do so in two ways - by ordering a monthly beauty box, or by purchasing luxury samples.

1st option that I went for - THE LITTLE BEAUTY BOX

The Little Beauty Box is what Latest in Beauty is famous for. Usually featuring standard sample sizes like sachets and small vials, the beauty box allows you to try a product once or twice to get a feel for it. Based on the information you provide when you sign up, we recommend the products that we think are right for you. You can then select the exact free beauty samples you want to try from our recommendations in three categories: Skincare, Body & Hair and Makeup & Perfume. We'll package up your three chosen samples and post them out to you in our trademark pink beauty boxes once a month.

2nd option - LUXURY SAMPLES

If you'd rather try products for a little longer before making up your mind, our new Luxury Samples are perfect. These larger samples (similar to 'travel size' bottles or tubes, providing enough product for at least a week's usage) give you a bit more time to make up your mind about a product, but still save you having to buy a full size straight away. These luxury samples work particularly well for high-end products - is it really worth splashing out on that £100 face cream? Try it for a week or so for a fraction of the cost, and you'll soon find out!

What I received -

Above - SUPER by Dr Nicholas Perricone Bright Eyed

Above - Dr Organic Rose Otto Skin Lotion x1, and Elemental Herbology
Skincare Trial Kit x3 sachets

You have to pay £1.50 by texting 80039 and then they text you with a code which you enter in to the website to say that you have paid.  Now I found this the innovative part of the deal but it is quite expensive for little samples of things which you could probably get for free from a counter at a department store!  I haven't signed up for monthly subscription to these I purely wanted to try things before I bought.

Here's my video on my first impressions of this company -

(as you can tell by my face I'm not that enthusiastic)

What do you think of this company?  Have you used them before?

Thanks for watching/ reading

  1. It kinda sucks that they sent you the samples in little sachets but for 1.50 I guess it's a bargain.
