The New Thing - Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush Palette

There's a lot to be said about 'hyped up' make-up products in the blogging community.
Hourglass Cosmetics is one of those brands, you know you read about the pigmentation, the packaging, the limited edition's etc but until you take the plunge yourself; you just don't 'get it' the Ambient Lighting Blush palette has been on my make up wishlist forever!

When I collated birthday gift vouchers, and a payday together - the kind souls at Space NK went above and beyond to get me this very much lusted after palette.  It was sold out (and still is) on Space NK so they got it shipped from a store in the North of England for me.
And I must confess I wear each of the blushers every single day.

The pull of Hourglass as a brand are for me, is the packaging - solid gold packaging that screams luxury - but the good thing is the brand doesn't stop there.
Their products are beautiful (granted I only own this palette) but you can just tell the rest of the range will be the same.  Yes the brand isn't cheap - but it's worth taking the plunge.. you really do get your moneys worth!
For seamless soft colour on the cheeks, the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush Palette is a true make-up must-have. The hand-made powders are completely individual, meaning no two are alike. Sweep across cheeks for a natural radiant finish that can be easily built upon: a lightweight powder for long-lasting, flawless skin.
Each of the 3 shades are stunning.
Left - Luminous Flush
Middle - Incandescent Electra
Right - Mood Exposure
Above - Luminous Flush, a gorgeous dark pink blush shade, mixed with a golden undertone.
Above - Incandescent Electra, my favorite blush out of the whole palette.  It just screams happy skin, lasts all day - and is the one shade that I get the most compliments on.
Above - Mood Exposure, a shade that I haven't really gotten to grips with yet.  I want to use it as a bronzer, but it just doesn't contour well, but I will try and use it as a blush shade more.
Here are the 3 blusher shades in natural daylight above, and in artificial light in the photo below.
I adore this palette, it's one of the best purchases I have made for 2015.  I use it every single day, without fail and I haven't even made a dent in the pan of any of the shades yet!

The smallest dab of your blusher brush in any of these shades offers highly pigmented colour.
You really do need, the smallest amount.

I've seen that there's another palette coming out for Christmas 2015 from Hourglass - so that is the top of my wishlist!

Have you tried anything from Hourglass Cosmetics before?  If so, what do you recommend?

The Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush Palette is currently out of stock on the Space NK website, but it's still available from Liberty for £56.00 'Here'
My tip - get it before it's gone!
