Best of British - My Guest Post on the Southern Glamourista Blog in the USA

Here's my guest post currently featured on the lovely Amanda Mae from the Southern Glamourista's blog

Hi, I'm Claire from PinkChickClaire.com.
I am an English beauty and lifestyle blogger and I live in leafy Surrey.

You may recognise me from the beauty box swaps that Amanda Mae and I have done last year?
I am so thrilled to be paired with Amanda Mae as she's such a lovely person!

When Amanda Mae asked whether I would like to guest post on her blog whilst she's on holiday I jumped at the chance.

So here's post all about my favourite brands and products from the UK.  I know some of these products you can buy in the US from eBay and other companies so I have included those links for you below!

These are my favourite UK brands so I hope you enjoy my post, at the end please leave me a comment with your blog link, and your favourite USA beauty products that you use so that I can (cheekily) ask Amanda Mae to send them to me in my next beauty box swap. :-)

Real Techniques - Core Collection

These brushes are just amazing!  You MUST of heard from them from other beauty bloggers?
They are $18.00 from 'Here'

About Real Techniques -

Designed with pro make-up artist Samantha Chapman, Real Techniques brushes combine high-tech materials with innovative design to make creating a pixel-perfect look easier than ever:

Taklon bristles are ultra plush and smoother than the hair you'll find in other brushes.
Since taklon is synthetic, it's 100% cruelty-free. The soft fibers help create a flawless, high-definition finish in any type of light – from sunlight to harsh indoor lighting.

The colour-coded system corresponds to the key steps of make-up application so you can create a flawless base, enhanced eyes, and the perfect finish like a pro.

Each brush head is hand-cut to the perfect shape, allowing for precise application from dense coverage to a soft, delicate finish.

The collection is suitable for a wide range of products and every make-up need – from powders, creams, and liquids to mineral make-up, highlighter, and shimmer.

Brush names on the handles make for easy reference when creating your favourite look.

I hope and dream to own everything from the Real Techniques range of brushes!

Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm

I like how hydrating this balm is, it allows my dry skin to soak up the ingredients and doesn't leave my face feeling tight or dry.

The smell is also gorgeous and really wakes me up in the mornings as well as relaxing me in the evenings!

How to use it -

With dry fingertips, scoop a small amount of the cleansing balm out of the jar and massage directly into the skin. Wet your fingertips and continue to massage as the balm transforms into a beautiful milk. Remove with a very warm cleansing cloth.

Use morning and evening. Avoid contact with the eyes.

Follow with your skin type prescribed Elemis Toner and Pro-Collagen Marine Cream.
