Goodstead is a retail store and website located in Edinburgh.

Brands stocked at Goodstead (to name a few)-

Finsk

I am really impressed by the brands stocked by Goodstead, they are varied and interesting and I really like the fact that they stock home-ware items too!

Here's some brands which caught my eye -

YMC

YMC or "You Must Create" was formed in London in 1995 by Fraser Moss and Jimmy Collins with a focus on stylish and functional clothing.
The focus of the women’s YMC clothing is creating functional, distinctive and wearable fashion that has longevity.
The acronym "YMC" holds its roots in the words of renowned industrial designer, Raymond Loewy, who is widely regarded as having designed modern America.
The women’s YMC collection finds a fine balance between contemporary fashion created with high quality fabrics and subtle modern detailing, each piece is both current and timeless with the same stroke.
If you are a fan of the YMC clothing, you may like to take a look at the men’s YMC clothing range, for a matching outfit for your partner!

APC Clothing

Designer Jean Touitou launched Parisian brand A.P.C. in 1986.
Offering minimalist, effortlessly cool urban designs, APC stands out as timelessly cool.
Touitou's designs go against the curve - The vogue was for ostentatious maximal fashion yet APC is a label that offered minimalist, effortlessly cool urban staples.
A.P.C feature sleek, no-nonsense designs and their denim is a favourite of most, including the influential Sartorialist APC- "Atelier de Production et de Crèation" (The production and creation of clothing).
Its no-nonsense name is symbolic of the label's clean-cut, minimalist approach to design, which the brand applies to wardrobe staples with incredible results. The obsessive emphasis placed in fabric selection and cut are the hallmarks of the brand.
It's this understated approach and emphasis on fabric and cut that sets a standard from season to season.
APC pieces have no age or style boundaries. Preferring a more precise and thoughtful approach to life, Touitou ensures the longevity of the brand as well as its clothing.
Our APC collection includes APC men’s and APC women’s.

Fjallraven

Named after the Swedish for 'arctic fox', Fjallraven was started in the early 60s by 14 year old Ake Nordin who was on the search for the ultimate school bag. Nordin stated that "the whole idea behind Fjällräven is to offer functional equipment for more comfortable trips into the outdoors."
The early fabric that was once the starting point for all Fjallraven clothing has gradually been refined over time and has now become known as G-1000.
A hard-wearing poly-cotton, it is almost completely waterproof and highly dirt-repellent thanks to their environmentally friendly beeswax coating.
Fjallraven continue to find innovative, smart solutions to making nature more accessible by improving material, decreasing weight and increasing the freedom of movement in their clothing and equipment.
If you like our Fjallraven collection, you may also be interested their fantastic Folk Clothing collection.
