Glossybox presents a VIP evening with Caudalie Paris and the launch of Vinosource range

I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to attend the Glossybox VIP evening
with Caudalie Paris in Covent Garden on Wednesday 28th March 2012.

I have never been to one of these events before and I didn't know what to expect but I was looking forward to meeting other bloggers, talking about the Caudalie VINOSOURCE range and doing some networking with the Glossybox team!

We followed our map and found the venue, and my friend and I were offered wine and canapes and generally had a thoroughly good time!!
The Caudalie range has been raved about by Victoria Beckham, she Tweeted about the Beauty Elixir spray which I was dying to try and luckily got to sniff and spray whilst at the event.  It truly is a refreshing treat and I would recommend this product to anyone!
I met soooo many wonderful people from Glossybox -  Larissa the Marketing manager for Glossybox was lovely!  I am definitely going to keep in touch with her, I also met Faye the Marketing Assistant for Glossybox who I've told about how mad my Twitter account has gotten since I started blogging, so will keep her informed how I am getting on!
From Caudalie I was lucky enough to meet Mathilde Thomas creator of Caudalie (below) and the fantastic Jean Christopher who is head of the brand in the UK.

They were all so welcoming and the atmosphere was buzzing.
Caudalie had lots of offers on products and my friend and I decided from speaking to Jean to order cleansing items, the beauty elixir and one of the perfumes but the Ipads they had to place your on line order kept crashing so because Jean didn't want us to leave empty handed he kindly gave us the goodie bags without us ordering anything.  (we promised we would order once we had got home but the kit I wanted is now out of stock! :-( )

The cleanser I received in the goody bag I have used every day since and it is so clarifying on the skin and beautiful to use, the gift bag is gorgeous too and the lip balm is very moisturising.  All in all we had a great time and I was so pleased to of met so many lovely people from Glossybox and Caudalie and chat to everyone about my blog, and my love of all things beauty!

Here's more information about the Caudalie Vinosource range -

Vinosource is an extremely natural plant-based solution for all skin types, from those craving moisture to those craving nutrients.

Its biggest asset and star ingredient? Organic Grape water. This micellar water is filled with naturally active ingredients

Like thermal spa water, Grape water, which is extracted from fresh grapes, is rich in soothing trace elements (potassium and calcium). It also contains moisturizing sugars. It works intensively to quench the skin's thirst and acts as a plant-based patch to capture water and keep it at the heart of the cells.

This soothing, moisturizing water has a natural dual action: increases hydration by 127%* and decreases skin sensitivity by 61% **.

Grape-seed Polyphenols, the most powerful plant-based antioxidants currently known.

Grape oil, a delicate, light oil, rich in omega 3 and vitamin E, which nourishes and intensely regenerates skin.

Vinolevure®, an incredible molecule extracted from grape yeast cell walls, capable of retaining moisture in the skin and reinforcing its immune system.

Like all Caudalie products, Vinosource follows the strict cosm-ethics standards. With new packaging that is even more respectful of the environment, the line further re-enforces Caudalie’s commitments.

The formulas are free from parabens, phenoxyethanol, phthalates, mineral oils, sodium laureth sulfate, synthetic colorings and animal ingredients.

Thank you to Glossybox for inviting me.
Have any of you tried Caudalie?  What are you favourite products?
Best wishes
Claire
