I'm trying to be healthy, and eat better, do more exercise and just feel more better in myself.
I'm starting Pilates, walking minimum 8000 steps as day (using my new FitBit), and drinking more water.
I don't want to lose tons of weight, I just want to feel better in myself and try and help my bad shoulder and neck.
I ADORE NIKE, I have always loved the brand, and I even have their fitness app on my phone!
