Where have I been?!

I took a few months break from blogging.  Not because I was bored of you guys, but simply because I had lost my blogging mojo.

I started putting my energy into things that weren’t worth my time – which was mainly internet dating!!
I tried it, and I failed and so far this year (and one date later) I can honestly say I AM DONE with it.

Continually looking for something that you can’t find on these dating apps is hard work.  So in the past month or so, I have deleted most of my online dating profiles and I am giving internet dating a looooooong break.

Instead, I want to re-focus my energy into things I enjoy = travelling, seeing friends, Blogging, and sorting out my house and saving up to buy my first ever home in 6 months’ time.

I recently went to Rome for a long weekend, a place I have always wanted to visit since I was a little girl, but although the trip was fab, it was masked by the fact that I had numbness down my whole left side, excruciating pain in my left shoulder and after a trip to A&E in an ambulance before my trip, and two MRI scans, I am now better and having hour long physio sessions.  (fingers crossed they help, and I don’t have to have anything else done!)

I’m pleased it wasn’t anything serious, and I am now back to work – but it made me want to travel more, make plans for more trips next year and totally re-focus my time and energy into the things that make me happy.

Blogging has always been a huge part of my life, without it I wouldn’t have the job that I have now, and 7 years on I really want to focus more time into this little part of the internet.

So… over to you guys!  What would you like to see from me?  Shall I stick to blogging or get back on the YouTube bandwagon??
